Janet paints pets in acrylic, Andy Warhol-style, facing front with vibrant backgrounds. The paintings displayed on this website were previous commissions, so all originals have been sold. They are shown here as examples of commissioned work.

If you’re interested in commissioning a portrait, please contact Janet only if you like this style. She is not looking to expand into more styles of pet portraiture at this time. Each commission is for one pet. Janet typically paints dogs on 10×10-inch canvas and cats on 8×8. The canvases are 1-1/2” deep and come gallery-wrapped, wired and ready to hang. A 10×10 is $375. The 8×8 is $300.

To get an engaging likeness of your pet, Janet needs at least one clear and expressive, high-resolution, face-front color photo. It’s best to have several options, and she is happy to discuss with you which would yield the best painting.
